I instantly I knew I was in safe hands with Hayley. She treated my cleft lip and palate, improving my scar and the symmetry of my lip, and I’m so happy with the results. Born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate, I’d never really considered lip filler was something that could be accessible to me. Then I discovered Hayley. Seeing the thoughtful, natural results she was achieving for others made me realise that this wasn’t about changing how I looked, but enhancing features I’d spent a lifetime learning to accept. From the very first message, Hayley was fantastic. Warm, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable, she immediately put me at ease. It was clear that she understood not only the technical side of treating a cleft lip, but also the emotions that can come with it. I never felt rushed or pressured and her understanding of cleft anatomy gave me peace of mind from the outset. The treatment itself was far less daunting than I’d imagined, and the result is exactly what I hoped for: subtle, natural and still completely me. Friends and family have commented that I look "refreshed" without being able to pinpoint why, which feels like the perfect outcome. What has impressed me just as much as the treatment itself has been the aftercare. Hayley has been available to answer questions, provide reassurance and check in throughout the healing process. Having that level of support has made a huge difference and reflects how much she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. A huge thank you to Hayley, and to Lindsay Owens, for making specialist cleft lip filler treatment more accessible in the UK. Hayley is absolutely amazing. I'm someone that struggles a lot with needles but she made me feel calm the entire time.
